How long will my order take to ship?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days from the date of your order, but may take longer depending on your location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere our carriers deliver. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.
I haven't received my order — what do I do?

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or your order does not arrive at all. If there is an issue, contact us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged. Get in touch with us first and we’ll take care of it.
My item arrived faulty, what do I do?
DM us on Instagram @roxofficialstore or email roxskateofficial@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll sort it.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Most of our drops are limited. Once they're gone, they’re usually gone for good. Occasionally we’ll bring back a fan favourite—but no guarantees. Join the waitlist on sold-out product pages to be first to know.
How do I care for my items?
Hoodies: Wash cold, inside out, hang dry. Avoid the dryer—it can shrink the fit and damage the appliqué embroidery.
Shirts and jerseys: Cold wash, inside out, hang dry.
